Due to the nature of our research products, returns are only accepted for items that are received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be considered for a return.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging to help us review your request.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
When appropriate, Peptura may offer a replacement product instead of a refund. Replacement requests are subject to product availability and approval after review.
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part or the product was received damaged or defective. If a return is approved due to our error, reasonable return shipping costs may also be reimbursed.
Returns will only be accepted after receiving authorization from Peptura. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.
Approved refunds or replacements are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
All products sold by Peptura are intended solely for laboratory research purposes by qualified professionals. Products are not intended for human consumption, medical use, veterinary use, or therapeutic applications.
